Justice Guide AI
Who runs this guide, where its information comes from, and what it is not: legal advice or a County service.
Justice Guide AI is a plain-language guide to the St. Louis County Justice Center in Clayton, Missouri, for residents, their families and friends, and staff. It covers the County facility only, not the City of St. Louis jails.
It is an independent prototype built by CoTrackPro. It is not a government service, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by St. Louis County.
Answers and checklists are based on the facility’s Resident Handbook (the app shows which edition and when it was last checked) and other public information. Every service in the Help Directory was checked against the organization’s official website, and the list is re-checked every month.
Rules change, and AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important with facility staff, such as your Case Manager or Housing Unit Officer, or with the official St. Louis County website.
Everything here is general, educational information. For questions about a case, talk with a defense attorney. The Help Directory lists free legal help.
The Ask, Write and learning tools use Anthropic’s Claude to write responses. The audio guides use an AI-generated voice. The Privacy page explains what is sent where.
