Bonds may be posted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the lobby of the St. Louis County Justice Center. COMMISSARYThrough a contracted commissary service, you may purchase items that are not furnished by the facility. You may purchase from the commissary such items as candy, toiletries, underwear, shoes, snacks, miscellaneous personal items for hygiene purposes, and phone minutes. You will purchase your commissary on the kiosks and commissary will be delivered into your housing unit on scheduled days. Kiosks and tablets are also used to check the balance of your resident account. You are prohibited from making purchases from commissary for other residents or using another resident's number or password. When you complete your order, make sure you close out of the kiosk. You may place an order on the kiosk or tablet anytime during the week, however, orders are only delivered on scheduled days. When your order is processed, the system will only allow you to purchase the amount of commissary equal to the amount of funds in your account. If you have further questions, ask the housing officer for instructions. If you are on lockdown status, you may only purchase hygiene items. You are prohibited from making purchases for other residents or using another resident's number. If you place a commissary order but are released or transferred to another facility before delivery, you have 72 hours (not including weekends or holidays) to claim your order or have someone you authorize claim your order. If you did not receive your commissary order prior to being released, your commissary may be picked up at the first floor lobby desk Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Family and friends can send commissary items to you in a care package using the SecurePack service. These packages are delivered every other week. See your Housing Unit Officer for more information.
