For the safety and security of the facility, staff conducts several scheduled and unscheduled head counts to verify the presence of all residents. Your cooperation is expected, and you may be required to return to your assigned cell or designated area during these counts. Residents are required to stand at the cell door, in full uniform, with armband in plain view during all counts. You are subject to disciplinary action if you distract or talk to the officer conducting the count.
