1. The appeal should be submitted to the Case Manager and/or the Housing Unit Supervisor within three (3) working days to be forwarded to the Superintendent/designee. 2. The appeal investigation should be conducted within five (5) working days of the Superintendent/designee receiving your appeal. 3. In the event the time limit to respond to the appeal is insufficient due to extenuating circumstances, you will be notified in writing. 4. There is only one level of appeal.
