Resident Handbook, page 37.
All appeals must be submitted within three (3) days following the decision. An appeal form is available for this purpose. All appeals will be forwarded to the Hearing Coordinator/Designee, who will assign the appeal to a staff member. The staff member will then meet with the resident to hear the resident's appeal and then follow up with other residents or staff, if necessary. After the staff member has completed their portion of the appeal process, they will then present their findings to the Hearing Coordinator/Designee for a final review. The staff member will then meet with the resident to conduct a final review of the appeal with the resident. This final review of the appeal with the resident then becomes the final stage of the appeal process. There is only one level of appeal available to the resident population. A copy of the appeal findings will be given to the resident and will become part of the hearing packet that will be submitted to the Hearing Coordinator/Designee upon completion. SAFETY AND SECURITY
