"Center for Women in Transition" offers a mentoring program for female residents being released from prison. Referrals are made by Case Managers and the "Breaking Barriers" instructor. Criminal Justice Ministries offer mentoring programs for newly released male and female residents in making the transition to "life on the outside." Referrals to "REST" (male) and "Let's Start" (female) can be made through your Unit Case Manager, Programs Department or the Corrections Program Development Coordinator.
