Visitors are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner at all times. Visitors who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, create a disturbance, use obscene language or gestures, or violate any rules while conducting video visitation will not be allowed to visit, either in person or via video, and will be placed on the NO-ADMIT LIST. Persons who have been incarcerated in the St. Louis County Justice Center within the last year will not be permitted to visit a present resident, unless the person is authorized by the Unit Manager/designee due to being: a. The immediate family member of the resident b. Incarcerated for traffic violations c. Incarcerated on a twenty four (24) hour hold d. Arrested and briefly incarcerated on a suspect charge (Release Pending Application of Warrant/RPAW) e. A special circumstance
