SERVICES Participation in programs and services is voluntary for all residents, except for court ordered programs. You are assured access to all programs and services regardless of race, religion, national origin, sex, political views or disability. Residents on disciplinary restriction and/or housed in Disciplinary Segregation will not be allowed to participate in programs. The following is a list of programs and services currently available. Implementation of new programs is ongoing.
